Yes — list price is the floor. You can charge more (most partners do, bundling setup, training and advisory), but not less. This protects every partner's margin and stops a race to the bottom in your market.
You handle first-line questions — you know the client's business best. We handle the platform: hosting, security, upgrades, bug fixes and second-line technical support, with a partner-only escalation channel.
Your discount is set by active client instances at the start of each month and applies to your whole book — reach 10 clients and all 10 move to the 35% Gold rate. Tiers never step down mid-contract; an annual review confirms your level.
We invoice you in ZAR, KES, BWP or NAD depending on your market; you bill your clients in whatever currency and structure suits your practice.
